All tour bookings are considered provisional until formally confirmed by TourXpress. To initiate the booking process, customers are required to:
Complete the Official Booking Form: Provide all required details accurately in the TourXpress booking form.
Submit via Email: Send the completed form to our reservations team at info@tourxpressbd.com.
2. Advance Payment Requirement
A non-refundable advance payment of 30% of the total tour cost is required to secure your booking. This payment confirms your reservation and allows us to make necessary arrangements with our service providers.
Payment can be made via our designated bank transfer or electronic payment methods. Details will be provided upon submission of your booking form.
3. Booking Confirmation Timeline & Procedure
For us to guarantee services and make the necessary arrangements, we require your full cooperation within a specified timeline.
Minimum Notice Period: All bookings must be confirmed by the customer at least 15 days prior to the tour start date. Confirmation is achieved by submitting the booking form and ensuring the 30% advance payment is received by us within this timeframe.
Official Confirmation: Your booking is only officially confirmed once both of the following conditions are met:
1.We have received the completed booking form.
2. We have successfully received the 30% advance payment.
Upon fulfillment of these conditions, TourXpress will issue a formal Booking Confirmation Voucher via email. This voucher serves as your official proof of reservation and will include essential tour details.
4. Post-Confirmation: Final Payment
The remaining balance of the tour cost (70%) must be settled as per the instructions provided in your Booking Confirmation Voucher, typically before the commencement of the tour.
